It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.2 Accurate Information. When registering a game77 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your game77 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. game77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
4.4 You must notify game77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
4.5 game77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to any other individual.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific payment methods may have different minimum or maximum deposit thresholds as displayed on the Cashier page at the time of deposit.
6.3 Deposits made via GCash and Maya typically credit to your game77 wallet within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to fifteen (15) minutes.
6.4 Player-Owned Funding Sources. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

7.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within one (1) to five (5) minutes after approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in your account settings.
7.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 5. game77 will not process withdrawals from unverified accounts.
7.4 game77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or money laundering.
7.5 Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements and are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met. Cash Funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately in your game77 wallet.
8.1 game77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer.
8.2 Standard Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
8.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. game77 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim bonus credits from any Player who is found to be abusing promotional offers, using automated betting patterns, or engaging in bonus arbitrage across multiple accounts.
8.4 game77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses not yet credited to a Player's account at the time of termination of a promotion will not be honored.
9.1 All bets placed on the game77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or event as displayed within the game interface or betting market.
9.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the game77 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player, except where game77's rules expressly permit bet cancellation.
9.3 game77 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, erroneous odds publication, match manipulation, or breach of these Terms by the Player.
9.4 For live casino games, the result recorded by game77's live dealer system is final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a game, the result will be determined from the game77 server logs.
9.5 Maximum winning limits may apply to specific games or betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and the game77 Cashier.
10.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the game77 Platform:

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the game77 Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, game77's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 game77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
12.3 The game77 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. game77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service and will not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events.
13.1 game77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards.
13.2 Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods directly from their game77 account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
13.3 game77 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any account verified to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all funds will be returned to the registered payment method.

14.1 game77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity.
14.2 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. game77 will notify the Player by email before applying an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month against the remaining account balance. Accounts with zero balance following the inactivity period may be permanently closed.
14.3 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Cash Funds will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
15.1 These Terms and all disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the game77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Players must first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting game77 customer support at [email protected]. game77 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the game77 internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
16.1 game77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the effective date.
16.2 Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory updates) may take effect immediately upon publication.
