7.4 game77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or money laundering.
7.5 Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements and are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met. Cash Funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately in your game77 wallet.
8.1 game77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer.
8.2 Standard Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. 9.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the game77 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player, except where game77's rules expressly permit bet cancellation.
9.3 game77 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, erroneous odds publication, match manipulation, or breach of these Terms by the Player.
9.4 For live casino games, the result recorded by game77's live dealer system is final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a game, the result will be determined from the game77 server logs.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, game77's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 game77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
12.3 The game77 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. game77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service and will not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events.

14.2 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. game77 will notify the Player by email before applying an inactivity fee of โฑ100 per month against the remaining account balance. Accounts with zero balance following the inactivity period may be permanently closed.
14.3 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Cash Funds will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
15.1 These Terms and all disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the game77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.1 game77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the effective date.
16.2 Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory updates) may take effect immediately upon publication.
